Riverside Community Care Quality Management Internship - Bachelor Level in Dedham, Massachusetts

We are seeking a Bachelor level intern that is incredibly organized with excellent writing skills to join our amazing Quality Management team!

Riversides Quality Management (QM) Department oversees the care of the 40,000 people we serve. The QM Department monitors incidents in our programs, conducts investigations, maintains the Human Rights system, coordinates many quality improvement projects and is in charge of the many different healthcare program policies for the wide variety of programs at Riverside.

As a Quality Management Intern, you will:

  • perform data entry for QM's multiple quality improvement projects

  • assist with policy development and revision

  • perform a variety of administrative tasks to prepare for the multitude of meetings coordinated through our office such as Human Rights trainings, Quality Committees, Substance Use and Awareness meetings

    This is an excellent opportunity for a Bachelor level intern to be able to contribute to health policy formation from their own education!

    Internships/Schedules Available:

    Flexible Schedule: 10-20 hours per week; starting in January 2024(this option will be a policy focused internship track)

    This internship is unpaid. Ideal for candidates seeking course credit.
