We are seeking a dynamic and proficient Program Manager to join our National Academic Advisor team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership and organizational skills, along with a consistent record of successfully delivering and maintaining ongoing projects efficiently and on time. Current/Ongoing program responsibilities will include:

Software and Sandbox Demonstration Sites

  • Configure, deploy, and administer Renaissance demonstration platforms (User Administration, Reports, Dashboards, Assignments, Programs, Integrations, etc.).

  • Maintain, update, import and enter sample student and user data.

  • Collaborate with NAA team and cross-functional end users to understand business requirements and configure the system to meet those needs.

  • Run day-to-day support for demo site users, including fielding questions, ad-hoc customizations, design and implementation of core functionality, workflow adjustments, user administration, security, and permissions.

  • Monitor the rollout of system changes, including updates, documenting, and coordinating enablement plans.

  • Maintain expertise in Renaissance products and other relevant software by staying up to date on new features, trends, and related technologies.

  • Proactively offer recommendations for improving existing tools and processes to increase efficiencies, including adopting new features in each major release.

  • Be well versed in troubleshooting strategies and know how and when to call in external support.

  • Regularly test all interactive elements (buttons, forms, links) to ensure they work as expected.

Demo site and sandbox guides

  • Prepare specific demonstration and sandbox sites for distinct business purposes including response to customer RFPs, and dedicated demo sites for the use of different Renaissance departments. Communicate with those user groups accordingly.

  • Keep the content current and fresh by updating product information, screenshots, videos, logins, and other relevant materials.

  • Customize data and sandbox guides for specific customer needs and sales use cases.

  • Identify and support training needs for sales, support teams, and prospective customer users.

Team Scheduling

  • Use CRM, Smartsheet, Microsoft products and other tools to coordinate and report on team activities.

  • Maintain master calendar for customer-facing meetings.

  • Use multiple data points to assign tasks to appropriate team members (expertise, geography, product knowledge, workload)

  • Compile and track data related to customer events and requests.

  • Monitor and administrate team capacity and resolve scheduling issues.

As a Program Manager, you will:

  • Create program plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.

  • Facilitate task allocation among team members, manage team roles and responsibilities.

  • Build and maintain project documentation, including project plans, and status reports.

  • Facilitate communication among customers, team members, and external partners.

  • Assist in identifying and resolving project issues, incongruities, and roadblocks.

  • Generate regular project status reports and updates for distribution to collaborators.

  • Lead all phases of project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, closure).

  • Ensure delivery of project outcomes, results, and objectives.

  • Proactively seek ways to improve program effectiveness and efficiency.

  • Collaborate with Team Management to derive clear direction and alignment on the goals and strategic objective of larger initiatives, ensuring that project-level activities support the overall program’s success.

For this role as a Program Manager, you must have:

  • 3+ years of K-12 Education or Education Technology experience

  • 3+ years of project/program management, software management, or related experience

  • Excellent technology skills including exporting and importing data, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Ability to self-manage tasks, make autonomous decisions, and achieve goals with minimal supervision.

  • Shown experience consistently leading and delivering successful projects or programs.

  • Solid written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction and collaboration with colleagues, stakeholders, and business partners.

  • Excellent organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to efficiently handle tasks, information, and resources.

  • The ability to identify issues and find practical solutions to problems.

  • Attention to detail, positive demeanor, and self-motivation.

  • Ability to work under timelines and adapt to new situations and changing project needs.

  • Willing to learn new software, tools, and processes quickly.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.

  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) preferred.

  • Experience using Microsoft Office software tools and Smartsheet (or other project management software) preferred.

  • Experience with Renaissance products preferred.

Salary Range: $68,000 - $93,500

This range is based on national market data and may vary by location.
