Responsibilities:
Responsible for supporting Department Managers and their teams
Handles worktime data of the supported employees
Requests quotations, creates order requisitions and follows through the whole process until the invoice payment
Supports employees with business travel organization and assists visitors during their stay (hotel room reservation, ticket reservation, car rent, etc.)
Organizes events, meetings, workshops according to the requests (catering, room reservation, preparation, administration, etc.)
Responsible to support the newcomer employees
Provides analytical and well-documented reports
Supports Employer Branding events
Expectations:
Advanced level of English Language
University degree in human resources, economics, psychology, or any related field
Minimum 1 year relevant professional experience in a similar position
Dedicated, team-player personality
Experience in automotive industry is an advantage
SAP knowledge is an advantage
