Ford Motor Company Sr. Operations Analyst in Dearborn, Michigan

In this position...

  • You will work with the Chief Technology Office (CTO) to support Objectives & Strategic Priorities

  • Oversee projects/programs, working with cross-functional teams across various business functions such as Human Resources, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Sales, etc.

  • Develop project plans, define the business-related project/program scope, goals and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals

  • Drive problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives by leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with executive leadership, function heads, finance etc.

  • Effectively communicate status updates to all stakeholders across multiple organizations/ teams, with reinforcing quantitative measurements

  • Ensure project and program objectives, deliverables and results are completed within the agreed scope, timeline, budget and allocated resources

  • Provide accurate and insightful analysis and reporting, presenting the data in a clear format for presentations and reviews

  • Identify risks and create risk mitigation plans to ensure timely completion of the projects/programs

  • The role will have the ability to directly impact the future of program management practices at Ford Credit and effect a high degree of change across the Ford Credit Engineering teams

What you'll do...

  • Deliver Purchase Service Strategy for 2024 & 2025

  • Support CTO Office with operational rhythm

  • Assist with process implementation & operational efficiencies within Ford Credit

  • Collaborate with Digital Engineering leadership team to develop Objective and Key Results (OKR’s)

  • Manage 2025 intake process for the budget through the phases of assessment, estimation & planning.

  • Drive and oversee communication of cross-functional teams involved in the transformation to support all aspects of the program.

You'll have...

  • Associate's degree or Equivalent work experience

  • Experience using, managing, and supporting teams with Agile program management tools, such as Workboard, Jira, SharePoint, etc.

  • Experience of managing the ownership of processes as part of Project Management Office type of organization

  • Excellent teamwork, leadership, interpersonal and communication skills

  • Successful Business Analysis and Project Management Implementations

Even better, you may have...

  • Bachelor of Science Degree

  • Previous system replacement and/or integration project management experience

  • Certification in Project or Program Management such as PMP, etc.

  • Certification in Lean-Agile practices, such as Certified Scrum Master or SAFe.

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills with the ability to influence the enterprise.

  • Experience of administration and control of use access, workflows, trackers in JIRA and Confluence
