Position Description:

Operate in a dual role for Exterior and Structural Systems Engineering (ExSSE) as both administrative support and analyst. Support the ExSSE Director in calendar & agenda management and day to day operations. Support the Operations Lead with creating, analyzing and tracking key performance indicators for the organization. Position Duties: Support Operations Lead - Gather data from multiple sources required to report out key performance indicators - Analyze and update data to allow for granular reporting down to manager and chief levels of the organization - Create process and tools to manage/track status to objectives delivery - Track weekly changes and report out to senior level management - Maintain an understanding of the organizational make-up, overall operations and deliverables Support ExSSE Director - Day-to-day calendar & agenda management, identifying conflicts and providing solutions to ensure priorities are met - Manage global travel plans and itinerary - Coordinate meetings across functional teams - Manage Overtime compilation and submission for the Org, including filing on time - Manage the Organization Vacation SharePoint file Mandatory minimum onsite at PDC Tues, Wed, Thurs

Experience Required:

Minimum 3 years of experience working in a coordinator, analyst or operations capacity.
