Job Description:

I. Position Description

Primary Duties and Responsibilities (details of the basic job functions):

Lead transformative digital experiences as our Agile Marketing Process Lead. Seamlessly merge Digital Marketing, IT and business needs using Scrum and Kanban methodologies. Drive end-to-end digital campaigns and A/B Testing efforts and Persona driven Test and Control efforts, from planning to launch using Agile principles. This role will lead daily scrums, maintain backlogs, and collaborate seamlessly. Elevate overall team's expertise in Agile project management, optimize delivery, and ignite innovation across teams. This role will be key in uniting stakeholders, key vendors, and cross-functional experts to improve our speed to market and propel our brand's digital journey.

II. Required Qualifications (these are the minimum requirements to qualify)

Education (include minimum education and any licensing/certifications):

Bachelor's Degree or related field or applicable professional certification and/or relevant technical/analytical/educational experience.

Experience: BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience 5+ years of project management experience Agile/Scrum Mastery: Demonstrated experience in executing and fostering Agile/Scrum practices, enhancing project efficiency. Demonstrable expertise of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, etc. Thrives in a highly collaborative, fast paced environment Expert coach on implementation of agile scrum Comfortable with presenting project readouts to Executive level audience Facilitates daily stand-up, iteration planning, sprint review, and iteration retrospective Work with the team leads to resolve people problems and project roadblocks Able to do postmortem and root cause analysis to help teams continuously improve their practices to ensure maximum productivity Presents high level project readouts for senior management

Knowledge and Skills: End-to-End Campaign Expertise: Proven track record in orchestrating successful end-to-end digital campaigns. Agile Project Management: Established expertise in implementing Agile project management principles for seamless workflows. Collaboration Leadership: Strong leadership in cross-functional collaboration, driving alignment among diverse teams. Continuous Improvement: A passion for driving ongoing enhancements, infusing innovation into every project. A/B Testing Proficiency: Skilled in A/B testing methodologies to optimize campaign performance and ROI. Strategic Optimization: Ability to lead and leverage data-driven insights for strategic campaign optimization.

III. Preferred Qualifications Experienced with project management platforms (e.g. Workfront, Jira) Experience working with teams managing Content Management System (e.g. Adobe AEM) Experienced with web analytics (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) Experienced with A/B testing methodologies

IV. Work Environment This is a hybrid work arrangement (time spent in office and remote). Depending on the employee's role and leadership's assessment, some employees will come in to an ACG facility on a weekly basis, a monthly basis, or on an "as needed" basis for key meetings and collaborative activities. Most employees will be required to come into the office, at a minimum, for important departmental meetings or teambuilding events.

This position is currently able to work remotely from a home office location for day-to-day operations.
