Job Description

A client of Insight Global is seeking to add Maintenance Managers to a brand new team to manage, establist and communicate directions and priorories for the maintenance team. This role will have a team of 5 to 10 maintenance supervisors reporting directly to them. The facility is over 4 million square feet, and will be operating to produce Li-Ion Batteries. Developing and maintaining department KPI and goals, monitoring for efficiencies, labor cost, and other department expenses

Partnering with cross functional teams to manage, maintain and establish maintenance procedures for Production lines to ensure demand targets are met and exceeded.

Maintain manufacturing assets and facility, parts inventory, monitoring purchase orders, invoice approvals.

Provides training and continuous development to both direct and indirect team members.

Conduct periodic reviews for team performance and actively engage in team member development.

Actively promote continuous improvement culture within maintenance areas (floor support, schedulers, MRO planners, and leadership

Solid track record of Safety improvements through Behavioral Based Safety Hazard identifications and risk assessment

Establish work with solid AC+R process (Asset Care and Reliability)

Skills and Requirements

5+ years maintenance management experience

Within high volume/automated manufacturing environment

Proven Continuous Improvment skills

Experience developing KPI's, developing andenforcing preventative/proactive maintenance

Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma Methodology Bachelors degree (engineering highly preferred) null
