Overview

We are searching for talented people to join a diverse and talented group. The ideal candidate will actively contribute to the full digital transformation to cloud solutions as we are offering the opportunity where you can make an immediate impact and bring your ideas and values. In this role you will support the lifecycle of SuccessFactors and participate to the journey of transitioning our HR platforms into the new cloud era. It’s never too late to join the fun and serve as an operational expert for human resources information systems.

Responsibilities

  • Support the manager the lifecycle of a SuccessFactors oriented landscape, with experience in multiple processes/modules and a preferred focus on SuccessFactors Compensation, Compensation-Reward and Recognition, Stories reporting, and Payroll process from a functional standpoint

  • Support the manager to analyse the needs of the HR Stakeholders for the area of responsibility

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree Information Technology or equivalent

  • 4+ years’ experience with HRIS role. Experience in a consulting company is a plus

  • Deep knowledge of SuccessFactors system and platforms proven hands-on on SAP SuccessFactors system.

  • SuccessFactors associate certifications on the compensation module will be considered a plus

  • Successfactors BI and reporting experience is a plus

  • Multinational experience is a plus

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $38,200 - $133,000. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
