We are hiring a SharePoint and PowerApps Developer to join our corporate IT team. In this role, you will work closely with other corporate IT team members to streamline processes, establish IT strategy, tech selection, deployment, end-user support solutions, and more. You will also partner with our software development team and our scientists to provide platforms and solutions for FTI's technologies. This is a hybrid position that can sit within commuting distance of any of the following FTI offices: Dayton, OH, Huntsville, AL, Colorado Springs, CO, or Chesapeake, VA. Responsibilities Collaborates with with the software development team to establish and build upon processes allowing for business prioritization and automation. Responsible for obtaining requirements, understanding requirements, and creating Power Apps and Power Automate. Creating and maintaining lists, libraries, sites in Microsoft 365 SharePoint. Manages the security of ACLs, security groups for SharePoint sites, lists, and libraries. Assists with endpoint management using Intune and Kaseya VSA. Assists with companywide software vulnerability and risk assessments using Microsoft 365 Defender and Tenable. Supports corporate security with risk response. Education/Qualifications Required: Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to to obtain U.S. Dept. of Defense security clearance. Associates or Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems and 4+ years of progressive experience in the design, delivery, updating, and administration of enterprise IT systems within Microsoft 365. High school degree and 8+ years of progressive experience in the design, delivery, updating, and administration of enterprise IT systems within Microsoft 365. 4+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 Power Platform: Power Apps and Power Automate. 1+ year of experience with Microsoft 365 technologies such as: Windows Hello for Business, Intune, Security Center, Defender for Endpoints. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work autonomously to meet project due dates and milestones as well as the ability to collaborate with the broader IT team as needed. Strong technical knowledge of and experience with installing, upgrading, configuring, and deploying IT applications in an on-prem and cloud hosted hybrid environment.
