All Source Analyst - Senior This position requires an active TS/Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) clearance. Cherokee Analytics is seeking qualified individuals to serve as All Source Analysts to support our government client. The All Source Analyst provides all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements. All Source Analyst - Senior Responsibilities Include: Conducts analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature. Provides all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements Review the alerts and supporting information escalated by the Tier 2 analysts, complete the Insider Threat analysis, and provide a final Insider Threat recommendation to the Site Project Lead for further action Provide relevant information to the Site Project Lead or site-specific designated official to share with DITMAC Prepare and present supporting reports, briefings, and executive summaries to brief Government stakeholders on Insider Threat threats, trends, and other Insider Threat information and recommendations Review alerts cleared as false positives for missed indicators of concern or other reportable information Assist and train junior and mid level analysts to ensure job proficiency and effectiveness Performs other job-related duties as assigned All Source Analyst - Senior Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested: Active TS/SCI security clearance High level of knowledge of User Activity Monitoring (UAM) analysis techniques and trends Experience and/or training in areas such as US and global privacy laws, Insider Threat risk mitigation, and Insider Threat deterrence Desired to have a minimum of twelve (12) years of experience related to the All Source Analyst role with at least a portion of the experience within the last two (2) years. Desired to have a Master's Degree in an area related to the All Source Analyst position. In-depth knowledge and understanding of the All Source Analyst's activities required to meet mission requirements. Ability to work independently with minimal oversight. Ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and / or technically advanced. Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution. Ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence.
