Job Purpose: Enhances marketing department effectiveness by producing information; providing coupon accounting; responding to customer coupon redemption questions. Duties: * Produces documents by preparing the final form of correspondence and presentation materials. * Completes financial transactions and reports by preparing check requests for outside marketing resources; reviewing monthly expenditures and informing marketing vice president of variances; preparing quarterly forecasts. * Maintains information flow by routing correspondence; establishing priorities; screening incoming information; drafting letters and memorandums; responding to consumer telephone calls relating to coupon redemption promotions. * Provides coupon accounting by assigning and communicating coupon codes to trade customers and coupon clearing house; entering expected redemption cost into corporate financial system. * Documents and arranges department schedules by maintaining calendars for department personnel; arranging meetings, telephone contact, and travel; resolving scheduling problems. * Maintains quality results by following, and enforcing standards. * Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; participating in professional organizations. * Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
