MANCOR OHIO, INC Maintenance Technician (Second Shift) in Dayton, Ohio

Mancor Industries is a world-class precision manufacturer of metal components and sub-assemblies that use metal cutting, forming, machining, welding, assembly and paint. We use state-of-the-art machining and fabrication techniques in a lean, self-directed work team-manufacturing environment to produce high value-added, cost-effective products for our strategic partners.

Primary Responsibilities:

Installs and repairs machinery and equipment in industrial establishment. Repairs or coordinates repair of facilities and machinery as needed.

Essential Functions:

  • Must have 220/440/480 electric experience.
  • Industrial Electric Experience
  • CNC Equipment Repair
  • Laser Repair Experience
  • Turret repair experience (preferably Amada)
  • Analyzes mechanical and electric problems on equipment. Take corrective action to maintain maximum production and quality.
  • Performs Preventative Maintenance Plans
  • Maintains building and facilities to include plumbing, construction, electrical, and installation of equipment.
  • Works from prints, sketches, specifications and instruction manuals
  • Wears appropriate PPE equipment for work being performed or as directed by company policy.
  • Maintains a safe work environment through good housekeeping practices,
  • All other duties assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum of an associate degree (electrical, mechanical, maintenance, controls, etc.)
  • 3 Years of on-the-job experience or any combination thereof
  • Ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of electrical and hydraulic system required.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally.

Education and Experience:

  • Steel toed shoes
  • Hearing protection
  • Safety Glasses

Shift:

2:30pm to 11:00 pm

2nd shift will have a shift differential of $1.00 per hour, added to salary
