Role Overview

Kodak is looking for an experienced Electro-Mechanical Production Assembler & Final Assembly Quality test person to

join our Digital Print Systems Division manufacturing team in Dayton, OH

Scope of work requires the following:

*Fabricate, Assemble and Testing of various Digital Print Head subassemblies including

ULTRASTREAM, Prosper, VL and Legacy Print Systems.

*High level of Trouble shooting skills to identify issues prior to refurb and repair.

*Ability to test and interpret functionality of new and refurbished printheads and components, field repair units

as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

*Comprehend and follow work instructions and procedures.

*Communicate clearly and take direction.

*Understand and provide daily production metrics.

*Cross train and work overtime as required.

*Lift a maximum of 40-50 pounds.

*Troubleshoot and solve electro-mechanical problems.

*Perform repetitive work and stand or sit for extended periods of time.

*Work primarily 1st shift and be a team player.

*Carefully handle fragile parts, manual dexterity a must.

*Inspect, test & identify flaws in products, assembles or Printed Circuit Boards.

*Computer literacy and attention to detail are essential.

*Materials management knowledge: Bill of Materials, data entry, procedures and completed work orders.

*Follow all plant and area specific safety procedures and use of proper PPE.

*Potentially Work in Cleanroom environment.

*Detailed Electro-Mechanical Assembly experience.

*Ability to work independently.

Prioritized Skill Desirables:

*Hand Soldering/Micro soldering a plus

*Ability to read Assembly Drawings and Prints

*General use of hand tools including Crimp Tools.

*Proficient in analyzing Analog/Digital Circuitry using test equipment.
