AAA Mid Atlantic Retail Sales Associate (In-Store Sales and Customer Service) in Dayton North, United States

  • Bi-Weekly Pay – Plus a Monthly Incentive Plan based on your individual performance

  • Convenient Store Hours: Monday - Friday, 9AM to 6PM, and Saturday, 9AM to 2PM

  • Competitive pay starting at $15.00/hour, based on experience and location

The primary duties of a Retail Sales Associate are:

  • Consistently up-sell/cross-sell AAA products including new memberships, credit cards, and insurance referrals

  • Plan domestic travel vacations (car rentals, hotels, vacation packages, maps, tour books and, triptiks)

  • Answer incoming overflow calls for Roadside Assistance during high call volumes

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Have a high school diploma/GED

  • Minimum of six (6) months of sales/customer service experience

  • Have effective communication skills both written and oral

  • Proficient computer skills including the ability to multitask in several websites and programs

  • Ability to read maps and geography knowledge a plus
