Adecco US, Inc. Cook in Dawson Springs, Kentucky

Adecco is currently assisting the Pennyrile Forest State Resort Park in Dawson Springs, KY to fill several Cook positions. This is a long-term immediate need opportunity. Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below!

Pay Rate: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour, paid weekly

Responsibilities for these positions include:

· Prepares food items using standardized recipes in a timely manner

· Determines food and supplies needed and coordinate meal production with serving hours.

· Prepares all special dietary need as directed by the menus.

· Monitors all food items to see that at least the minimum guidelines for temperature, taste, and quality are always upheld.

· Ensures the proper preparation, portioning, and serving of foods as indicated on the menu cycle and standardized recipes.

· Tastes and prepares food to determine quality.

· Maintains or exceed standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards.

· Assists with orientation and training of new kitchen employees.

· Practices all safety and loss prevention procedures.

· Attends all in-services as required.

· Follows all local, state, and federal policies regarding food handling.

· Assists with proper documentation of temperature logs, taste panel forms, and cleaning schedules.

· Washing dishes and pans

· Clean and sanitize

· Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in fine dining preferred.

· Successful completion of recognized food safety course preferred.

Pay Details: $11.00 to $14.00 per hour
