Parker Hannifin, Hose Products Division is the leading manufacturer of rigid and flexible hoses, assemblies, fittings and crimping technology for both the industrial and hydraulic hose markets. Our division provides precision-engineered-solutions for products, materials and processes, with state-of-the-art development, testing and performance technology.

The Maintenance Technician will maintain and repair electrical, mechanical and pneumatic equipment and helps to realize equipment modifications and changes. Communicates and works on teams with production associates and management about needed maintenance with support and supervision from the maintenance manager. Works with contractors and suppliers on a limited basis.

Prioritize and manage maintenance workflow and tooling needs with the management team • Performs Preventative Maintenance on selected equipment, updates and maintains Preventative Maintenance Program • Resolves maintenance issues in a timely manner and communicates concerns to the management team • Identifies problem areas and safety hazards and works with the management and safety teams and associates to resolve • Ensures compliance with OSHA, EPA and Parker xc regulations • Maintains spare parts inventory and orders tools and supplies • Exercises good housekeeping in Maintenance department, 5S plus Safety practices • Performs and trains Lock-out/Tag-out training under direction of Safety Coordinator • Understands and supports corporate and division Lean Initiatives and Cost Reduction programs • Participates in and supports problem solving in the moment and on teams • Fabricates simple solutions when necessary • Performs other duties to support the business • Overtime as deemed necessary

• High school degree or GED • Excellent math and measuring skills necessary • Mechanical and maintenance experience required, with electrical experience a plus • Knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations, helpful • Good organizational and PC skills, preferred
