The ideal candidate will have a strong quantitative background, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights. Responsibilities:

Conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting

Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements

Evaluate financial performance and identify areas for improvement or optimization

Develop financial models to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning

Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes

Perform ad-hoc analysis and provide insights to senior management

Monitor industry trends and benchmark performance against competitors

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and efficiency gains

Stay updated on developments in financial regulations and accounting standards

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field

2+ years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively to non-financial stakeholders

Experience with financial planning and analysis (FP& A) software is a plus

CFA, CPA, or MBA preferred but not required
