Parker Hannifin, Hose Products Division is the leading manufacturer of rigid and flexible hoses, assemblies, fittings, and crimping technology for both the industrial and hydraulic hose markets.

Parker-Hannifin Hose Products Division is hiring for Hose Fabricator Assemblers on our 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. Starting pay $18.56 + $2.00 shift premium (2nd & 3rd Shift Only) for starting wage of $20.56. During the first 18 months, team members will recieve a 44 cent raise every 3 months!

New team members will receive benefits from their first day of employment. The package includes medical, dental, vision, & 401(k) match. Team members will be eligible for the bonus program immediately! The target bonus for team members is an additional 5% of their yearly earnings. Parker also offers a company funded pension.

-Builds hose assemblies and ensures standard work process is followed.

-Supports production to achieve required assemblies in a collaborative team environment

-Operates manufacturing equipment, including set-up of equipment

-Performs daily maintenance and cleaning of equipment and work area

-Conducts in-process inspection and enters work order data into router

-Accounts for and properly disposes of scrap

-Communicates work flow problems and equipment needs to Team Lead and/or Supervisor

-Understands and supports corporate initiatives such as LEAN

-Exercise good housekeeping in work area 5S plus Safety

-Works overtime as necessary

-Other duties as may be assigned
