Als Teil unseres Plant Product Engineerings evaluierst, planst und implementierst du Änderungen am Serienprodukt (hier: Batteriemodule und -systeme) und steuerst die Änderungen in die Serienfertigung ein.

Deine Aufgaben im Einzelnen:

  • Technisches Management von Change Projekten in der Serienproduktion

  • Koordination der Schnittstelle zwischen Produktionswerk, Global R&D, Musterbau, Versuch, Kunden und Lieferanten

  • Austausch von Informationen mit den relevanten Abteilungen zur Optimierung des Produkts und des Produktionsprozesses - Design for Assembly (DfA) und Design for Manufacturing (DfM)

  • Vorbereitung, Bewertung und Durchführung von Änderungsanträgen und Zeichnungsprüfungen

  • Zusammenstellung und Auswertung von Testergebnissen und Präsentationen beim Kunden

  • Unterstützung bei technischen Zulassungen für neue Anwendungen

  • Unterstützung bei der Herstellung von seriennahen Prototypen

Das bringst du mit:

  • Fließende Beherrschung der englischen und deutschen Sprache

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Maschinenbau oder Verfahrenstechnik bzw. eine vergleichbare Ausbildung

  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Management von Change-Projekten in der Serienfertigung, idealerweise in der Automobilindustrie

  • Grundkenntnisse in der Analyse von Produktionsdaten und der Entwicklung von Verbesserungsplänen, z.B. auf Basis 8D

  • Kenntnisse von Standardarbeitsanweisungen, Verfahrensanweisungen und ISO TS 16949, ISO 14001:2005
