JOB SUMMARY:

To assists and ensure the proper working conditions of all aspects of all shows, props, sets, equipment, vehicles, and any other technical aspects of events, shows and facilities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: * Work with Promotional Events and Entertainment Supervisor on the execution of season long projects that will be assigned during department onboarding * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Operate and maintain technical support on equipment associated with specific production in the manner designed and set by the production staff * Perform all shows on time as designed by Entertainment Supervisor * Daily inspections of all aspects of events, shows and areas assigned to you * Repair any technical aspects of shows facilities as needed * Requires keeping your work location and the park clean and sanitary for all guest and team members * Assist in the moving of props, sets and other aspects of the show, before, during, and after the show * Operate and maintain tools and equipment in a safe manner and utilize appropriate PPE * Navigate in, on, or around scenic elements associated with specific production in potentially dark and restrictive spaces * Help to manage and maintain the House before and after the show, to assist guests with questions and to help clean the house in preparation for next performance. * Train new personnel as needed

ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE Reports directly to the Promotional Events and Entertainment Supervisor

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: * Be at least 18 years of age * Basic technical theatrical skills required for all positions. Expert skills required for some positions * Required to work various shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays, outdoors in various weather conditions * Must be able to work with ladders, scaffolding or lifts * Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for the length of shift * Must have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with others * Must be professional, self-motivated, the ability to multi-task and have an enthusiastic attitude * Must have a valid driver's license

POSITION(S) AVAILABLE April October: Spring 10-20+ hours weekly, Weekends only; Summer: 20-30+ hours weekly, Monday Sunday. Varied shifts.
