A golf course maintenance job involves the care and upkeep of a golf course to ensure that it is in optimal condition for play. The specific duties may vary depending on the size and type of the golf course, but generally include the following: 1. Lawn Mowing and Trimming: - Operate and maintain lawn mowers and trimmers to keep the grass at the desired length. - Ensure that the fairways, roughs, greens, and tee boxes are mowed regularly. 2. Irrigation System Maintenance: - Monitor and maintain the irrigation system to ensure proper watering of the course. - Repair and adjust sprinklers as needed. 3. Landscape Maintenance: - Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the golf course. - Control weeds and remove unwanted vegetation. 4. Bunker Maintenance: - Rake and edge sand bunkers to maintain their appearance and playability. - Repair and reshape bunkers as necessary. 5.
