Aerotek Machine Operator in Dane, Wisconsin

WILL START ANYDAY DURING THE WEEK!!

Description:

What will you be doing :

Mold, assemble, and package products by applying knowledge of working characteristics of materials, methods and using precision instruments, hand tools, power tools and equipment. Must be able to read, work orders and related documentation to determine methods and sequence of operations to achieve finish specifications to meet our customer’s needs.

You will be on a rotation with a group of 5 people. 2 hours and 30 mins for each job.

1st job - Loading parts into a machine ( counting the amount of material to go into the machine each time)

2nd job - Robotic welding - loading the machine and pressing a button

*All machines are automated!!!!!

3rd job - Basic assembly - (I describe it as when you by a table from Walmart and the directions are very easy to do.)

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

-The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and use hands handle or touch objects, tools or controls. The employee frequently is required to talk and hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; reach above shoulders; and stoop, kneel or crouch.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move small items weighing up to 50 pounds from floor to chest periodically over an eight-hour shift period. In addition, the employee must be able to periodically mover large heavy loads greater than 50 pounds with the assistance from a cart/dolly, pallet jack, or second person. Specific vision abilities required by this job include having depth perception, good peripheral vision, as well as the ability to read documents, see part detail, shorts and other deformities, and have good color vision.

Hours:

1st shift 6:30am - 2:30pm

2nd shift: 2:30pm - 10:00pm

3rd shift: 10:30pm - 7:00am
