Currently, we are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis, with the potential for a permanent position based on performance and business needs.

Job Description:

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company, welcoming visitors and providing them with a positive experience. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure efficient operation of the front desk while maintaining professionalism and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to appropriate individuals.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

  • Schedule appointments and manage conference room reservations.

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate visitor arrivals and meetings.

  • Ensure compliance with security procedures by issuing visitor badges and monitoring access.

  • Handle inquiries and provide information to visitors and staff.

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the office.

    Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Receptionist or similar role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.

  • Familiarity with basic office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines.
