Description:

CIFC Health seeks to hire a full-time Lead Medical Assistant (MA) to work in our Pediatric Department. This position works directly with the Providers to facilitate proper Medical Assistant assignment, patient communication and patient flow. This enables the providers to see a larger volume of patients while rendering quality medical care. This position is also directly responsible for the training and supervision of the Health Center's daily clinical support operations related to scheduling and supervision of Medical Assistants. Some shifts require late afternoon / early evenings and some Saturday mornings hours.

Requirements:

Successful candidates must posses a high school diploma or GED, Medical Assistant Certificate (preferred, but not required), supervision experience, and two years of appropriate medical office experience (or equivalent); AA preferred.
