Position Overview

Seeking a talented and experienced operations m anager to join our dynamic Creative Content Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ma naging the end-to-end execution of creative projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creative content, excellent organizational skills, and a proven tra ck record of successfully managing projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Coordination:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including writers, designers, video editors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

  • Anticipate project risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

  • Resource Management:

  • Assign tasks to team members based on their skills and availability.

  • Monitor workload and adjust resources as needed to meet project deadlines.

  • Foster a collaborative/supportive team environment to maximize productivity and creativity.

  • Budget Management:

  • Work to establish project budgets and track expenditures.

  • Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising project quality.

  • Quality Assurance:

  • Conduct regular reviews to ensure alignment w/ project requirements and guidelines.

  • Provide constructive feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement.

  • Stakeholder Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, keeping them informed of project status, risks, and issues.

  • Facilitate regular project meetings and to provide updates and gather feedback.

  • Project Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.

  • Ensure all project deliverables are properly archived for future reference.

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, communications, or a related field.

  • Proven experience managing creative projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills and ability to prioritize workload effectively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Proficiency in Workfront and other project management tools Asana, Trello, or Jira.

  • Knowledge of creative processes and best practices in content development.

  • PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.
