Your key responsibilities

  • Perform batch release & review of critical quality records.

  • Manage and facilitate QA processes to ensure compliance with required regulations, standards and company policies.

  • Manage activities relating to Supplier quality management

  • Facilitate & support customer, regulatory, internal & compliance audits.

  • Analysis of quality data & generation of quality reports.

  • Identify data driven improvement opportunities

  • Manage projects which will deliver measureable improvements in quality.

  • Support final product disposition & control of non-conforming material.

  • Support the CAPA process, including deviations & customer compliant investigations, ensuring robust root cause analysis & appropriate corrective actions are implemented.

  • Support problem solving and troubleshooting on quality related issues.

  • Coaching and training of production and technical personnel on quality & regulatory requirements.

  • Generate or update policies, procedures and supporting documentation.

  • Communicating the requirements of appropriate quality standards, e.g., ISO9001, FSSC22000 or GMP.

    You bring

    Successful candidates will be required to hold a degree in a relevant science, engineering or quality subject and have a minimum of 3 years relevant experience within a food/drink or pharmaceutical industry. Knowledge of FDA, MHRA, GMP and or Food Safety requirements, auditing and legislation is desirable. Other essential behaviours are the ability to work independently, good communication, facilitation skills and attention to detail.
