Reference #: 85347-358725 General Job Summary: The Program Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing program requirements, including schedule, technical specifications, and budget. They are responsible for maintaining program budgets, schedules, monitoring progress, and achieving milestones as per approved plans. This role also involves establishing the program organization structure, setting priorities, and maintaining open communication with customers. The Program Manager will review and approve waiver deviations, assess PDR/CDR presentations, create sub-contract work breakdown structures, and master milestone schedules, all while ensuring the rest of the organization is well-informed about program status.

Key Responsibilities: Leadership: Coordinate Kratos Defense resources and activities due to multiple and conflicting demands. Act as a team leader on small to medium projects, fostering effective teamwork and achieving project goals.

Problem Solving, Decision Making, and Accountability: Modify established practices and procedures to solve program problems based on analysis and evaluation. Implement new ideas or potential solutions without prompting. Prioritize and organize work, occasionally deviate from established procedures when necessary. The reputation of Kratos Defense is enhanced by good performance, and poor performance can lead to additional expenses and significant damage to customer relations. Overall work is reviewed primarily for adequacy in meeting objectives.

Perform final job review and resolve ongoing technical and contractual job requirements.

Maintain program budget, schedule, and completion of goals and milestones.

Establish the program's organizational structure and priorities.

Foster ongoing communication with customers to achieve program goals.

Review and approve waiver deviations prior to submission to the customer.

Assess PDR/CDR presentations.

Create sub-contract work breakdown structures and master milestone schedules.
