CityVet Receptionist - Client Service Specialist in Dallas, United States
We are looking for the right person to join our team!
CityVet Preston Forest is looking to hire experienced receptionists with two or more years of experience in the medical and/or veterinary field. Candidates must be able to provide exceptional customer service that exceeds our client’s expectations. Receptionist responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, answering a multi-line phone system, making appointments, checking patients in/out, handling cash and credit card transactions, and keeping lobby and retail areas tidy and stocked.
We are looking for a receptionist with a willingness-to-serve attitude who works well in a team environment. Must work well with computers, pay close attention to detail, multitask, and flexible with hours and holidays.
