JOB SUMMARY

We are expanding nationally and need someone to help manage our creative design and marketing materials to support that growth. RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

  • Manage the company’s creative direction – filter ideas and guide executional direction among creative team members and internal clients. Own process from concept to completion.

  • Design. lead, and produce a variety of marketing and promotional materials such as website graphics, digital ads, social media short-form video/gifs, email campaigns, social media graphics, in-clinic marketing, and other related materials

  • Lead creative development and execution across diverse media, formats, and marketing channels for both client audience and recruiting efforts.

  • Guide visual and verbal communications to meet and maintain brand standards. Ensuring creative to be both aesthetically interesting while built on insights that are motivating to audience.

  • Provide creative guidance to video development and social media efforts

  • Hold ultimate accountability for all creative deliverables' quality, strategy, and integrity.

  • Manage project management and review process by collaborating with teams supported, create project schedules, and hitting key deadlines.

  • Oversee career development of team members. Perform reviews to determine strengths, growth opportunities, goals, and ambitions.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in graphic design, marketing or equivalent experience

  • 7-10 years of developing, guiding, and leading marketing campaigns for both B2B and B2C

  • A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including print and digital materials is mandatory.

  • Strong project management skills and able to track creative initiatives through execution process.

  • Track record of owning and managing creative guidelines and ensuring brand consistency across touchpoints.

  • A “roll up your sleeves” attitude, willing to help design as well as lead designers.

  • Solid understanding and demonstrated experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

  • Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and composition.

  • Ability to create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and other design assets

  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders.

  • Ability to take constructive feedback and incorporate it into design revisions.
