Primary Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance Laboratory Procedures, test methods

  • Plant troubleshooting of microbiological issue(s). Shelf Life Improvements.

  • Assist with Plant Regulatory Inspections and other audits.

  • Learning and understanding Dairy Batching, Processing and Packaging

The qualified candidate will be currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program with a degree focus in Food Science, Dairy Science or Food Microbiology.
