Our team creates reusable technologies to help with customer acquisition, onboarding, and empowering merchants, while ensuring a seamless experience for both of these stakeholders. We also optimize tariffs and assortment in accordance with Walmart's Everyday Low Cost philosophy. What you'll do:
Be the technical leader for the team & not only guiding but actively supporting team as needed and takes end to end ownership of design and architecture of multiple large-scale products.
Lead and advocate Agile engineering practices, with a focus on continuous improvement, lean and systems thinking.
Works with the Product team to understand and analyze business requirements in order to design and implement technical solutions.
Ensure products are well designed, well built and have flexible architectures to meet business needs and future extensibility.
Contribute actively to tech and arch councils, constantly strive for engineering and operational excellence across the product lines.
What you'll bring:
• You have a deep interest and passion for technology and relevant experience in designing and developing desktop/web applications in .Net (C# or Vb.Net) as well as C/C++/Java backend applications.
• You love writing and owning codes and enjoy working with people across time zone who will keep challenging you at every stage. • You have strong problem solving, analytic, decision-making with interpersonal skills. • You are self-driven and motivated with entrepreneurial passion and desire to work in a fast-paced, results-driven agile environment with varied responsibilities. • You are innovative, talented and committed individual with excellent communication, sprit of teamwork and Analytical abilities to drive excellence

SUNNYVALE, California US-04396:The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00
DALLAS, Texas US-09648:The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
