GENERAL FUNCTION
This role will compile and analyze information related to Human Resources (HR). Produce reliable data and metrics to provide the organization insight on current trends related to HR benchmarks, compensation data, turnover, recruitment, retention and engagement. Maintain detailed databases and ensure data is accurate and presented in a clear, concise manner. Analyze, identify and create strategic solutions to help leaders meet their goals. Partner with cross functional teams on key projects, drive implementation and track results ensuring we are developing and delivering programs and tools that enhance the employee experience.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, develop, maintain and deliver key dashboards and metrics, scheduled and ad hoc reports and queries that meet the business needs of partners and support all areas of HR
Build a foundation of analytical capabilities throughout the HR organization. Coordinate the design, development and implementation of analytical tools, technology and business solutions that improve HR and business decisions and that drive operational efficiency.
Utilize HR systems (e.g., SAP HR; Business Objects, Kronos) to maintain accuracy company-wide and provide appropriate data to business partners
Expert in data gathering from different sources to execute quantitative analyses to produce actionable insights for the HR team
Investigate possible methods to improve and/or increase automation of reporting
Establish solid relationships to fully understand the business to define, create, automate processes
Develop and maintain a solid knowledge of the various business and HR processes
Effectively manage time and ensure that all deadlines are met
Complete other projects and duties as assigned
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years experience in analytical role
Experience supporting HR
Strong analytical skills
Highly proficient in Excel
Presentation skills and ability to articulate messages in a concise and cohesive manner
Strong project management and process improvement skills
Critical thinking and problem solving abilities
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks/projects
