Key job responsibilities

ork closely with business teams and programs to identify, define and document analytical reporting needs – baseline problem statement through deep dive analytics

• Act as a liaison between program managers, technical analysts and functional experts to analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process performance

• Consolidate information into cohesive and insightful analytical reports for use in decision-making. Generate high quality and insightful recommendations, thereby drive value and program / process efficiency

Track and document changes in functional and business specifications to accurately identify and measure KPIs

• Write detailed procedures for manual and automated reporting processes and for use in training

• Identify opportunities for improving business processes through detailed and thorough root cause analysis

Basic Qualifications

• Demonstrated record in sales operation, data analysis and/or customer service

• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) management using Tableau and/or Salesforce system

• Experience in information, internet, cross-border e-commerce, or a similar industry.

• Experience managing external customers and developing sales materials

• Understanding of API application and sales funnel

Preferred Qualifications

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $54,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $131,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
