Same Day Water Heaters, LLC is looking for a Permit Technician to join our dynamic permitting team to support our growing department. We’re looking for a detail-oriented candidate that can excel in a fast-paced environment with daily deadlines and be an effective team player as well as an effective written and verbal communicator. Proficiency in MS office applications is a must.

Same Day Water Heaters, LLC is an established and growing home services plumbing company located in Dallas, Texas.

As a Permit Technician, you are responsible for:

  • Accurately reporting to the Permit Team Supervisor, as well as interacting with other managers

  • Basic data entry responsibilities

  • Ensuring tasks being completed accurately and in a timely manner

  • Answering phones and resolving customer conflicts when needed

  • Maintaining positive associate morale

  • Performing general clerical duties (e.g., copying, filing, etc.) 

Requirements

  • Stable employment history

  • The ability to work well in a team environment

  • Proficiency in MS Office Excel, Word

  • Able to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude always
