Aerotek Millwright Mechanic in Dallas, Texas


  • Performs complex maintenance and welding functions

  • Plans/performs complex disassembly and assembly work duties

  • Reviews procedures, layouts, templates, jigs, incoming parts, assemblies

  • Performs setup and operation of various machine tools producing various close tolerance parts

  • Will use various complex measuring devices and gages as required

  • Lift Crane equipment safely

  • Needs someone that can assemble and disassemble heavy duty parts

Will break down and rebuild

  • Will work on motors, pumps, hydraulics, bearings etc..

  • Someone that has worked on heavy industrial construction equipment or diesel mechanics could work for this role.

  • Farmers have been some of the best candidates in other states because of their ability to work on their own equipment

  • Candidates that have steel mill or pipe mill experience are IDEAL candidates

  • This person could be utilized as a Field Tech on occasions to travel to customer sites. (once a month)
