Raytheon Technologies Manufacturing Production Associate in Dallas, Texas

This is a 3rd shift position

The effective candidate will be assigned to a team of operators, technicians, and engineers responsible for the assembly, disassembly, re-assembly, fabrication, repair and/or inspection of various microelectronic packages and devices using cutting edge manufacturing processes and technology. The team member will perform a variety of manual assembly operations including but not limited to assembly and rework of soldered or epoxied components. The selected candidate should be or is able to be certified to the J-STD protocol. Team member is able to solder while utilizing a microscope (if necessary).

Required Skills:

  • 4 years of applicable experience

  • Experience working in a clean room environment with minimal supervision

  • Knowledge of clean room manufacturing practices, Military, and ANSI/J standards pertaining to electronic assembly

  • Ability to work for long periods of sitting

  • Experience using shop floor management software like (VM, SAP, etc.) or similar

  • All other activities assigned as required

Desired Skills:

  • Excellent attendance record

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to cope with a high stress and fast pace environment

  • Ability to multitask

  • Work daily or weekend overtime if needed or required

  • J-STD qualified

  • Able to solder while utilizing microscopes if necessary

    Required Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
