All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training

  • 5 years of experience participating in delivery of solutions using ITIL / Agile / XP, or similar methodologies

  • 3 years of experience leading projects or teams, either formally or informally

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Airline industry experience, including business process and supporting technology

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • 5 years of hands-on experience with full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience designing, developing, and implementing large-scale applications in hosted production environments

  • 3 years of experience with object-oriented design techniques and principles

  • 3 years of experience in DevOps Toolchain methodologies, including Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Experience in managing, supporting, and delivering 'mission-critical' projects/migrations

  • Experience working with Agile project management methodologies and tools

  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects/work streams and demands efficiently

  • Experience in leading a team of individuals with various levels of skills and experience in potentially high stress and challenging situations

  • Demonstrated initiative, flexibility, and ability to adapt to changing priorities and work environments

  • Ability to thrive in a sense-of-urgency environment and leverage best practices

  • Working knowledge and experience in a technical environment

  • Experience managing financial budgets a plus
