Job Description:

Working as a Lead Marketing Technology Manager, you will oversee the implementation, management and optimization of marketing technology solutions. You’ll collaborate with business and technology partners to evaluate current application functions to identify potential improvements that will lead to operational efficiencies and competitive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the central resource with design, process, manufacturing, test, quality, and marketing as the product(s) move to production and distribution.

  • Plans and develops new products.

  • Prepares and presents business cases for new products while developing execution project plans and roadmaps.

  • Works with tech dev to acquire estimates.

  • Works with Product Lead to request funding.

  • Documenting customer requirements into final product design.

  • Managing projects from inception to launch.

  • Bringing new products to market.

  • Creative solutioning of product / system challenges.

  • Partners with:

  • Strategic pricing

  • Channel marketing.

  • Product leads.

  • Technology Development Team.

  • Billing Operations.

  • Marketing.

  • Customer Care.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Identifies areas for improvement in the operational support processes and drives initiatives to enhance efficiency, reliability, and user satisfaction.

  • Liaises with development teams, infrastructure teams, key stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination, timely communication, and effective resolution of application deployment and issues.

  • Facilitates the creation of documentation for operational support activities, including standard operating procedures, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge articles.

  • Collaborates with channel, product, technology, and sales teams to align initiatives with business needs, ensuring alignment with business growth plans.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Excellent project management skills with knowledge of software development life cycle.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Effective communication skills.

  • Strong collaboration skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and related Project Management tools (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project); emphasis on Advanced Excel.

  • Familiarity with mobility business ordering, billing, inventory, catalog, contracting and direct fulfillment applications.

Experience : requires 6+ years of experience in similar area of responsibility. (This is not a supervisory role).

Our Lead Marketing Technology Manager earns between $128,400.00 - $215,800.00 a year. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
