Pressed Roots Facilities: Preventive Maintenance/ Warehouse in Dallas, Texas

Pressed Roots is seeking a skilled Maintenance Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the A/C, plumbing, lighting, and painting, as well as managing the receiving and delivery of products from our warehouse. This position requires the ability to drive to all DFW locations, so applicants must have a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, HVAC filter changes, and minor plumbing repairs.

  • Ensure that all maintenance equipment is in good working condition.

  • Manage the receipt and delivery of all products to and from our studios via our warehouse.

  • Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed.

  • Coordinate with contractors for major repairs and projects.

  • Monitor and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.

  • Adhere to health and safety regulations.

  • Other responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a maintenance professional or similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; certification in maintenance or related field is a plus.
