Pressed Roots Facilities: Preventive Maintenance/ Warehouse in Dallas, Texas
Pressed Roots is seeking a skilled Maintenance Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the A/C, plumbing, lighting, and painting, as well as managing the receiving and delivery of products from our warehouse. This position requires the ability to drive to all DFW locations, so applicants must have a reliable vehicle.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, HVAC filter changes, and minor plumbing repairs.
Ensure that all maintenance equipment is in good working condition.
Manage the receipt and delivery of all products to and from our studios via our warehouse.
Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed.
Coordinate with contractors for major repairs and projects.
Monitor and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
Adhere to health and safety regulations.
Other responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
Proven experience as a maintenance professional or similar role.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
High school diploma or equivalent; certification in maintenance or related field is a plus.
