We are seeking an Experienced Hire Recruiting Specialist to join our growing team.

You will find top talent to join Protiviti’s growing markets through numerous channels, including but not limited to (direct sourcing, employee referrals, job boards, professional organizations, social recruiting, RHI staffing etc.) and think creatively to continuously build out your pipeline. Your focus will be on strategic hiring within the Technology Consulting Solution.

Position Highlights:

  • You interview candidates for all levels up to Director through resume review, phone screens, and assessment interviews of various types based on skills and backgrounds.

  • You promote and expand the employee referral and alumni referral networks and build your brand as an ambassador of Protiviti.

  • You create and manage alternative recruiting techniques as needed.

  • You manage the offer process to ensure legal and compliance standards are met.

  • You maintain a high level accepts across a diverse talent pool and follow through with a successful onboarding experience for you new hires.

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.

  • 2+ years of successful full life cycle recruiting within a Talent Acquisition team strongly desired. Demonstrable experience using LinkedIn Recruiter preferred.

  • Prior experience using an applicant tracking system; knowledge of Workday is a plus.

  • Demonstrated ability to utilize creative sources to uncover hidden talent; driven to meet and exceed both departmental and individual goals.

  • Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook) with excellent written communication skills.
