We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated individual to fill the position of Senior Accountant or Analyst located in Dallas, Texas.  The Dallas offices works a hybrid schedule.

Essential Job Duties:     

This position is a key player in the group. It allows the candidate to develop a strong foundation for increased responsibilities in the future. As time progresses, the candidate will be introduced to additional areas and tasks within the department and company, including:

  • Interface with Reporting Manager/Director General Accounting & Director Operations Accounting & Reporting on close issues/monthly results
  • Prepare analysis of various Hyperion line items for GL Director
  • Contribute to a successful conversion from SAP ECC to SAP S4
  • Update & maintain Corporate P&L workbook for actual results and outlook periods
  • Prepare PCA-FI Reconciliation
  • Prepare Analysis of Corporate P&L – Actual and Outlook
  • Review OneStream company P&L’s for accuracy
  • CMMR Reporting
  • Below the Line cost center and cost elements set up in SAP
  • Intercompany sales schedules
  • Provide support for external and internal audit including tax, external and internal audit schedules
  • Prepare ad hoc report requests for upper management and parent company
  • Fluctuations in workloads, with monthly overtime during peak days (forego certain WFH days as requested from management)

Qualifications

  • 9 years of relevant accounting experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (with a minimum 18 hours of Accounting)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must demonstrate initiative and interact effectively with others in a team environment
  •  Excel proficiency

Additional Desired Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in SAP ECC or S4
  • Accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with system integration and reporting systems (IBM Cognos, Business Warehouse)
  • Familiarity with OneStream
