GENERAL FUNCTION

  • In partnership with the labs, standardize the maintenance activities and processes in order to reach maintenance results while optimizing costs

  • Using the standard LIFE in Maintenance methodology, perform a diagnostic and co-build a maintenance roadmap with each lab to increase machine uptime across the network

  • Provide standards and tools and accompany the maintenance teams in their implementation to sustain maintenance activities

  • Define a reliability plan for each lab for the most critical equipment and pilot it at lab and zone level

  • Define and standardize the “Make or Buy” strategy for our US facilities and be the privileged interlocutors with our main suppliers (Satisloh, MEI, Schneider, SIEM, A&R…)

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • In partnership with the labs standardize the maintenance activities and processes in order to optimize maintenance costs and machine uptime

  • Using the standard LIFE in Maintenance methodology, perform a diagnostic and co-build a maintenance roadmap with each lab to increase machine downtime across the network

  • Provide standards and tools and accompany the maintenance teams in their implementation to sustain maintenance activities

  • Define a reliability plan for each lab for the most critical equipment and pilot it at lab and zone level

  • Define and standardize the “Make or Buy” strategy for our US facilities and be the privileged interlocutors with our main suppliers (Satisloh, MEI, Schneider, SIEM, A&R…)

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Level of education and professional experience: Bachelor or Master Degree in maintenance or industrial engineering with more than 10 years of professional experience as Maintenance Manager, Operational Excellence Manager in industry with complex and micro millimeter precision equipment.

  • Technical skills: Excellent knowledge in general maintenance (mechanics, electrics, electronics, automation, hydraulics, pneumatics…)

  • Behavioral Skills: results oriented, able to work in a transversal environment, give direction and ensure proper implementation of the standards, structured, excellent analytical and quantitative problem solving, able to communicate complex technical issue simply and effectively, autonomous and organized

Traveling : Up to 75% of the time

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
