**This is a hybrid role that requires a minimum of 3 days per week in office. To be considered for this role, candidates must reside within a commutable distance to either our Dallas Regional Office, Atlanta Regional Office or Coral Gables, FL office.

This position contributes to Starbucks success by delivering business value through coordination, planning, and reporting for Store Design and Development leaders, including that of confidential and complex nature. Provides specific support for programs, projects, meetings, and events. Adapts to shifting priorities and ensures effort is adjusted accordingly. Prioritizes and anticipates potential barriers with little to no direction.

As a Senior Coordinator , you will…

  • Gather content and prepare presentation materials to support functional work.

  • Work with database records and spreadsheets to generate reports, identify key performance indicators and variances, track performance, etc.

  • Meet with departmental managers to coordinate meetings, assignments, and deadlines.

  • Serves as a knowledge resource to department or function.

  • Assist with on-boarding of new Partners (employees).

  • Organize and maintain filing systems (primarily digital).

  • Update Region project tracking systems to ensure accurate reporting.

In addition, you may at times…

  • S chedule and arrange business travel

  • Accurately report travel expenses for one or more leaders.

  • Provide calendar support one or more leaders.

We’d love to hear from people with:

  • 3-5 years’ experience with project related support.

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a role performing administrative assistant or coordinator job functions.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 productivity tools.

  • 3-5 years’ General office administration

  • 3-5 years’ Customer Service

  • In-depth experience using Microsoft Excel or other similar spreadsheet applications.

  • 3-5 years’ experience working in fast-paced environments.

  • Preferred experienced using Adobe In-Design.

  • Strong self driven organizational and time management skills

  • Positive attitude excited to coordinate leaders for efficiency and productivity

  • Exemplary problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills

  • Interest and availability to work hours in both CST and EST time zones

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities

  • Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment

  • Ability to make recommendations on changes in approach, concepts and the design of solutions as a team member

  • Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision- Ability to build relationships cross functionally

  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing- Ability to deliver excellent customer service

  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with a high level of professionalism and composure- Attention to detail

  • Knowledge of general office administration, procedures and equipment- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities
