[CF Compliance Consulting Group is seeking a Compliance Risk Analyst. [This role is responsible for using data and metrics to identify potential areas of risk for a financial services client of CF CCG that is based in Dallas, Texas (the Client). This role will involve secondment to the Client and reporting to Clients Assistant General Counsel, Compliance and to senior management. The Client is an Insurance Marketing Organization (IMO) and the role will include services to the Client and its subsidiaries, including subsidiaries that distribute life insurance, health insurance, and annuity products, and related financial services businesses.   • Perform daily work in a robust/comprehensive governance, risk and compliance platform.
  • Analyze complex comparative data, prepare and present reports related to compliance risk assessments,
  • Analyze data to create meaningful metrics and presentations to support the Clients Compliance Risk Management program to drive strong governance and oversight.
  • Assist with build out of metrics to establish key indicators that align with the Clients risk appetite.
  • Participate in the design, development, delivery, and maintenance of best-in-class Compliance Risk programs, policies, and practices.
  • Assist with the development of the analytical, systems, and data management capabilities to support the compliance risk management program, including an ERM platform.
  • Monitor the integrity of risk measurement techniques that are used to monitor the organizations risk profile relative to its risk appetite.
  • In consultation with management, act in a timely manner to ensure effective management of risks, and where necessary mitigation.
  • Proactive collaboration and service-based responses with business partners on escalated issues and concerns

Proficient with ERM and/or GRC platforms

Highly proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Advance level preferred

Experience with Tableau preferred.

Proficient in creating pivots, using v-look up and other excel commands to create meaningful metrics.

Advanced data analytics, reporting and presentation skills.

Strong process orientation

Intellectual curiosity and analytical approach to work

Excellent written and oral communication skills
