Job Description

As a Client Service Consultant, you are a top-notch process manager. You work alongside client teams, maintaining excellent communication among team members and your clients, in the execution of client-related work such as:

  • Account administration including money movements and payments on taxes, estate, and insurance

  • Alternative investment subscriptions/redemptions and Limited Partnership agreements

  • Management and organization of client documents

    Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a financial industry client service support or client management role where you have worked to support families in their relationship with the client team.

  • BA or BS degree from a 4-year institution.

  • Familiarity or experience with Practifi, Egnyte, Tamarac, and/or Schwab preferred but not required.
