About the Team

The Field Intelligence team is responsible for delivering insights to our sales and product teams by developing applications that leverage the considerable data assets of the firm. Our programs deliver both the data engines and front-end distribution channels necessary to provide our sales teams industry leading, data-driven client insights.

About the Position

We are seeking a talented, ambitious, and creative individual to join the Client Advisory Analytics (CAA) division of the team. CAA delivers insights to clients via sales from 'always on' analytics across their portfolio. With a robust demand backlog, there now exists the opportunity to develop a comprehensive analytics program.

As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in defining and delivering this transformational agenda for our most complex clients. You will be the lead PM on all existing analytics tools in the market today while also commercializing new tools as they become available. Through close partnership with product leads, data scientists and end users, you will deliver our client-facing intelligence across the Firm.

Note: This is not a data scientist role


  • Coordinate an "app store" approach to embedding client analytics into our Client Journeys

  • Prioritize a backlog of requests from cross-functional partners and end-users

  • Schedule and independently lead meetings to solve product-related problems, make decisions and complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments

  • Gather feature requests, schedule releases and coordinates sprints

  • Spearhead projects end-to-end, from planning through delivery

  • Commercialize solutions to our sales teams post-launch through training and resource development

  • Maintain and enhance solutions based on end-user feedback with technology and consulting partners


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in our payment products with a track record of successfully designing and delivering solutions to sales teams. They will have an affinity for analytics and big data potential, be obsessed with end-user experience and be able to balance the needs of UX, Technology and Business to turn a Transformational vision into a reality.

Preferred qualifications

  • 7+ years' experience in financial services, payments, or FinTech (or comparable products/industries)

  • Experience with product development, preferably analytics-based tools

  • Knowledge and interest in modern data mining, research, and data science techniques preferred

  • MBA or graduate degree in a business/technical field

  • Advanced certification in product management

Required qualifications

  • Creative problem solver, capable of developing innovative and differentiated solutions

  • Ability to frame general business problems into detailed analytical project plans

  • Superior presentation/communication skills - ability to convey complex information simply and clearly

  • Ability to understand technical details, but also simplify them for use across non-technical users

  • Bachelor's degree
