Overview

United Protective Services is a privately held, independent corporation dedicated to providing contract security services throughout the Texas region. Beginning in 1999, with just three employees, we have grown consistently through quality partnerships. Today, United Protective Services serves the State of Texas with hundreds of employees in Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, Frisco, Houston, Oklahoma City, and San Antonio. As other companies merge, consolidate, downsize, or sell; United Protective Services has emerged as a tried-and-true resource for contract security services. We are committed to customizing our service through open and honest communication through the development of trust and respect for our clients, employees and our co-workers. The ideal we strive for is continuous improvement in our relationships, productiveness, responsiveness, integrity, and professionalism. Look closely at United Protective Services and you will see the difference immediately. We are a specialized agency geared towards providing exceptional service. UPS believes better selection and training of our officers is paramount to providing the service our clients’ desire and deserve. United Protective Services is an owner-operated company with one of the most experienced management teams in Texas. Senior management is directly involved in service delivery and maintains a partner-like relationship with each client. Our philosophy is distinctive because we look at each client as an individual entity with inherent needs specific to its location instead of the 'cookie-cutter' approach that so many of our competitors use. We offer near total flexibility and a truly custom approach in our service. As societal and economic changes make security more critical and contract staffing the logical choice, more and more companies are looking to United Protective Services.
