How You'll Make an Impact:

  • This intern will be focused on a project throughout the duration of the Summer:

  • Assist in the development of dashboards and reports to visualize operational performance and trends

  • Collaborate with our operations team to analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement

  • Collect and analyze operational data to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics

  • Assist in developing dashboards and reports to visualize operational performance and trends

  • Provide ongoing support for business systems and processes

We are looking for energetic and enthusiast teammates who meet the following criteria:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree

  • Rising Senior with a graduation date in 2024 or Spring 2025

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau

  • Comfortable receiving and implementing feedback

  • Self-Starter
