Rite-Solutions, Inc Test Engineer in Dahlgren, Virginia

Rite-Solutions, Inc is seeking a Test Engineer tosupport on-site at NSWC Dahlgren an estimated 4x per week on-site (up to 5x per week during test events).The Test Engineer position will be part of a team charged with providing engineering, systems operations engineering, fleet support, element evaluation and system test support to the US Government.

Required

  • Minimum 5 years in testing and evaluation
  • The ability to manage an ever-changing database, this includes maintaining and monitoring.
  • Experience in AEGIS baselines test environment.
  • Experience in developing interoperability test plans based on requirements.
  • The ability to multitask with many different programs/stakeholders daily.
  • Basic Knowledge of Simulators in an AEGIS Test Environment.
  • The ability to travel 4 - 6 times each year for a week at a time to various CONUS locations for Test Events.
  • Focused attention to detail and proficient with computer systems and applications.
  • The ability to verifying accuracy and to review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities for data transfer and input.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with a team to achieve test planning and test execution goals.
  • U.S. Citizenship and DoD Secret Security Clearance required.

Desired (Not Required)

  • Experience working on DoD contracts, or combat systems experience desired but not required.
