A Senior Sales Manager is needed in Dadeville, Alabama.

Job duties:

Direct daily sales activities as a head of the department for manufacturing of automotive parts such as induction systems, reservoir tanks, cockpit module, plastic engineered interior parts, and blackout tapes. Oversee establishing effective sales and bidding system by utilizing human resources, materials, and machines to implement effective measures. Establish and set goals, objectives, and budgets for sales and parts development operations by coordinating with quality, purchasing, production management, and production department. Direct review and analysis of product specification in preparation of bidding proposals and make recommendations to increase cost effectiveness. Manage analysis of sales statistics to determine sales potential and to forecast future sales. Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle to ensure customers satisfaction.
